Turns out I don't have to take up bowling or tennis after all !!! They accepted the manuscript for publishing and my contact told me the board was please with the story line, continuity, among other things.

I completed their detailed application and the manuscript now moves to their copy editing department for review of structure, punctuation, grammar, spelling and many other details. Fingers crossed, hoping I caught most of them myself in my many rereads of the book.
